The Alberta Construction Safety Association is a non-profit organization funded and directed by industry. The Association consists of construction industry volunteers supported by a team of professionals based out of offices in Edmonton and in Calgary. All the people involved with the ACSA, from the origin of the idea to the present, share a common vision: through cooperative efforts of all those involved, the construction environment in Alberta will be the safest anywhere.
The ”Pacesetter“ Award is presented to individuals in recognition of their dedication and outstanding contributions to the success of the ACSA. Congratulations to Blaine Tchir, Park Derochie's corporate safety officer, on receiving this year's award.
Park Derochie has received the Alberta Construction Safety Association 2004 Trailblazer Award. This award recognizes organizations in the ACSA who have demonstrated their commitment to improving health & safety in the construction industry.
