What You'll Do
- Safely operate a boom truck (picker truck/truck-mounted crane)
- Load, unload, and transport steel, equipment, and materials
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Complete daily equipment and maintenance reports
- Secure loads in compliance with transportation regulations
- Assist with yard organization, material handling, and inventory control
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups with project teams and customers
- Follow all company and client safety procedures
- Support other operational activities as required
What You Need to Have
- Valid Ontario DZ Licence (AZ considered an asset)
- Mobile Crane Operator Certificate is required
- Clean driving abstract
- Experience operating a boom truck, picker truck, or truck-mounted crane
- Knowledge of load securement requirements
- Ability to work safely in industrial and construction environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
