What You'll Do
- Support the development and implementation of project-specific quality plans, ensuring alignment with company procedures and client requirements
- Assist with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Plans (QCPs), and project quality documentation to support Operations
- Review QC reports and documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with specifications and QMS requirements
- Perform routine audits of project documentation and support audit readiness (internal and external)
- Support AMPP QP program requirements, including acting as backup for QCS responsibilities when required
- Coordinate and support closure of non-conformances, corrective actions, and audit findings
- Support project teams in resolving quality-related issues and maintaining compliance with specifications
- Assist with prequalification submissions by gathering and organizing quality-related information
- Promote quality awareness and support consistent execution of QA/QC processes across projects
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of QMS procedures, tools, and reporting
- Perform additional duties as required to support project execution and quality management activities, as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager
What You Need to Have
- 5+ years of experience in quality control, inspection, or construction (industrial coatings preferred)
- Strong knowledge of industrial coating standards (AMPP, SSPC, ASTM, CSA)
- AMPP CIP certification
- QCS certification or ability to obtain
- Experience with QC documentation, inspections, and reporting processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (NCRs, RFIs, reporting)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting, tracking, and documentation
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and support cross-functional coordination
