Workforce Recovery and Worker’s Compensation
Park Derochie strives to prevent all workplace injuries. When injuries do occur, we ensure our Employees receive the highest standard of care throughout the recovery process.
Our HSE Manager – Return-to-Work & Employee Wellness, possesses a proven track record of occupational claims management and non-occupational injury management services. With numerous years of experience working directly for Alberta’s Worker’s Compensation Board (WCB), complemented by experience working for various 3rd party claims management service providers, our Return-to-Work program strikes the correct balance of WCB claims management and Employee care and compassion.
If our workers become injured at the worksite, they know Park Derochie will take care of them. And the provincial Worker’s Compensation Boards know we will manage all claims in line with WCB policy. This translates to optimal WCB premium ratings and overall WCB performance.
