What You'll Do
- Network infrastructure management and troubleshooting (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Network Security and Monitoring.
- Active Directory administration.
- Azure and office 365 administration
- Investigating, evaluating and implementing new software and hardware.
- Hardware support including, servers, desktop, mobile phones, printers, scanners and other peripheral equipment.
- Work with end users and other IT support teams to handle requests and troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
- System Maintenance
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
- Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to non-technical users.
What You Need to Have
- Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Post-Secondary degree/Diploma or certification from a technical program.
- Keen attention to Detail.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Hyper-V Administration.
- HP Procure Management.
- Fortinet Network Equipment Administration.
- SAN ( iSCSI) Administration.
- Experience with administration of Microsoft 365 platform.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common software applications.
