After much deliberation we have made the very difficult decision to exit our lease on the B.C shop and office property, as result our last day of business at this location will be August 31, 2020. This decision was heavily influenced by the ever increasing land/lease cost in the lower mainland BC.
This decision was especially difficult to make as we have a number of dedicated, long term, and highly skilled craft workers supported by a great office team in B.C. We will be working with these employees to determine future employment opportunities in B.C field operations or at other Park Derochie locations across Canada.
The B.C operations remains a significant part of Park Derochie Inc.’s long term strategic development. Focus in 2020 and beyond will be on Field Coatings and Scaffolding growth in the region.
We will continue to collaborate with our clients to source alternative solutions to meet their shop coating needs.
